Tony Randle
Director and Criminal Supervisor
Tony Randle joined the firm in 1998 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 becoming a Partner in 2005 and Director in April 2011. He is the head of the Criminal Department and specialises in Criminal Defence Work and is a member of the 24 Hour Police Station Duty and Court Duty Solicitor Scheme. He also deals with Residential and commercial Conveyancing.
Charlotte Richards
Managing Director
Charlotte Richards joined the firm in 1989 as a Legal Executive and qualified as a Solicitor in 1997. In 2000 she became a Partner and in April 2011 a Director. She deals with Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate and Residential Conveyancing.
Rick Williams
Senior Director
Rick Williams qualified in 1969 and has practiced with the firm since then both as Sole Practitioner initially and then as the Senior Partner and from April 2011 as a Director. He deals with all aspects of private client matters including business sales and acquisitions. He also heads the firm's Family law department and is a member of Resolution. He also sits as a Deputy District Judge in the local County Courts.
Tony Clark
Assistant Solicitor
Tony Clark qualified as a Solicitor in 1978 and joined the firm in 2005 and deals exclusively with Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases and remortgages.
John Romney
Assistant Solicitor
John Romney joined the Practice in 2007 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2009. He specialises in all aspects of Family law, including divorce, separation and financial matters.
In addition he deals with disputes between parents regarding children and care proceedings involving the Local Authority. He undertakes Publicly Funded work.
